Thanks John and Dan. It was NOT pretty but I will take it..........
We all know 200 yards is make or break but I had no idea how much weight, 1 target, the final of the match, could weigh in. I was fourth in the 2 gun leading up to it and said to myself, "self, you cannot catch them". So, I decided I would try something different with my setup for the last target. Not sure if that was the difference maker or not. If you look at all my other 200 yard scores, I want to think it made a difference.............. If anything it sure was nice to go out with a WEE little one.
Or, maybe it was the 30.3 grs of 133 coming into tune?
Or, waiting until the last 2 minutes to see a condition and run them down range?
??
Regardless I cannot wait until we hit Holton and the NBRSA Nationals.
The weather this weekend was perfect temperature wise for Sat and Sun. Sunday was a bit cooler and cloudier. But Mother nature tossed the usual. Switchy winds, sometimes tails straight out, other times just fluttering. Then the mirage. Yes the mirage.........
