We had a fantastic day in the world of BR today. Many thanks to Jack Neary for coming to visit with us, and sharing all the insights and wisdom he has been accumulating.  Jack's presentation was outstanding, he really conveyed a ton of information related to the finer points of BR. You couldn't ask for a more personable speaker.

Further thanks to Bartlein and Plenty O Patches for helping make this possible.

If you are talking about the space on the form for the Registration number, I don't think they care. I will probably just leave it blank next year, as one of the ones I did this year I forgot to add the registration number and it came back approved anyway. My feeling it is the sn they are after.

The 272 neck is not competitive. 262 and 269 are a toss up.

You will still be neck turning with a .269", just not as thin. Unfortunately there is no money to be saved between the 269 and the 262. The 269 is a "light turn" neck. 272 would be a no turn neck, but this has proven not be as competitive.

Hugh and I made the range around 3:30 today. Made the rounds with lots of familiar faces. Probably about 120 shooters. This is about 20 more than the Nats in Midland last Sept.

Centerfire Discussions / Public Warning - Larry Ivany Is Back
« on: February 26, 2012, 10:46:43 PM »
All good citizens should take note that the former terror of the Rosebud Club, Larry "I kill you last...." Ivany, is coming back to BR. I have posted a picture of Larry in one of his happier moods, taken some 10 years ago.

Welcome back Larry!
