Vic Swindlehurst passed away a few years ago. He made somewhere around 100+ actions. They are a solid action to build BR rifles on, although you don't see as many around anymore. There was a steel version, and an aluminum and steel version same idea as a Panda. Action alone will be +/- $1000 CDN.

thanks rick, this is the steel/alum version, maybe i'll take a closer look.
