Was talking with Bill Mitchell today and a interesting topic came up . With the long gun registration going down will that change the ATF form for next year ?

I highly doubt it. Remember it is Dept of Homeland Security that wants it not Canada. Unfortunately I cannot see the US dropping it.

If you are talking about the space on the form for the Registration number, I don't think they care. I will probably just leave it blank next year, as one of the ones I did this year I forgot to add the registration number and it came back approved anyway. My feeling it is the sn they are after.
