Title: 2015 Alberta Provincials - Rosebud Aug 29/30

August 29-30 Rosebud will be hosting the Alberta Provincials.

For a number of our shooters this will be the last match prior to shooting the NBRSA Nationals and the World Championships in St. Louis in September.

This will be the usual format of LV/HV 100 on Saturday then HV/LV 200 on the Sunday.

You can camp at the range if need be. Practice day on the Friday. E-mail me if you need to arrange camping or practice day access.

Also contact me to let me know if you are coming as we like to have a count beforehand when arranging helpers etc.

This is a BRSC registered match. You will need a membership in the BRSC, we will have these available at the match, $25.

Match fees are $15 for each aggregate, which works out to $60 for the weekend.

Be there for what is sure to be hotly contested match!

New barrel chambered and broke in today .i guess I'll see how well it does on the weekend :)

This shoot is in the bag. Congratulations to Dan Opel as he is the Alberta Provincial Champion for 2015.

On what was the toughest weekend of the year, some remarkable groups were still shot. It was the kind of weekend when anything not nailed down blew off the bench and the dust was everywhere. None the less a great time had by all. Thanks to the helpers, the BRSC and the Rosebud Club for a great year!

I shot next to Dan all weekend. He shot very steady and pulled out the win in some tough conditions with no mistakes. Congratulations !

First 2 gun in a couple of year, so it does feel good to have pulled it off.

Congratulations, Dan; it was great shooting.  I would like to thank everyone that shot for all the help and knowledge that was extended to me  as it was my first LV/HV benchrest shoot.  Great bunch of people.  I would also like to thank the volunteers that hung targets and scored.

Thanks for posting the equipment list Rick. I find it's interesting to see what guys are shooting. At least for me I like to see who the gunsmiths are and what bullets guys are shooting.

I see Bob's bullets are listed a few times. Good on ya Bob! It's great that we have a few Canadian bullet makers in our midst.
