My old Sako 6ppc would shoot 55g Nolser Ballistic Tips as good as any match bullet if you'd believe it. Or at least as good as Opel's early 6mm batches.  :D They were seated so shallow that if I looked at the loaded rounds the wrong way, the bullet would pop out of the case mouth. I seated them there because that's the OAL it took to touch the lands of the factory barrel with such a short bullet. If seated deeper, the groups would open up.

Agreed! A big thanks to Rick, Hugh, Rosebud (Tony), Wayne and their better halves for making this happen. I gleaned some valuable knowledge from the one the best in the sport and look forward to applying this to lay an arse whooping on my Rosebud pals.   ;D

Yeah I guess that makes more sense. I was wondering how we'd fit both 100 and 200 yards into a weekend. I was all for it though!

5 targets for each class. 20 targets with a total of 100 rounds on record, both at 100 yards and 200 yards. I think this will be Rosebud's first 4 gun. I'm excited! I just hope I'm not working. :(

That's what I thought but wanted to double check. I have a rifle that I'd like to shoot in Sporter if I can make the Stampede Shootout match.

Hi Rick,

Is the BRSC following the new NBRSA rules for Sporter Class?

Great shooting everyone.

Jen and I were both sorry we couldn't make it. Jen enjoys Arizona and it's always a pleasure for me to shoot a match hosted by Berger.

See you all at the Cactus next year!

Lee, it kills me not to attend but I'm heading back up to to Ft.Mac tomorrow. Still lots of work to do up there.

At least this year you guys won't have to worry about me showing up with my Sako.   ;D
See you all at the Nationals!

Rob, I've had good success with PMA's case holder/drivers as well. I'm not sure there is much of a difference between Sinclair's or PMA's though.

Phil, I'll be driving east this fall to visit the family south of Barrie and will be passing by Kenora. If the timing is right I'd like to drop in to see your range.

Anyone have a spare action wrench for a Bat 3 Lug they'd like to sell?
Thanks, Dan.

I'd be interested to know as well.

Thanks for posting the equipment list Rick. I find it's interesting to see what guys are shooting. At least for me I like to see who the gunsmiths are and what bullets guys are shooting.

I see Bob's bullets are listed a few times. Good on ya Bob! It's great that we have a few Canadian bullet makers in our midst.

Nice shooting Opel!

I unfortunately cannot make it. Heading back to work tomorrow for 3 weeks. Have a great shoot. I'll have to safe my Sako 75 until next year. ;)
