Well unless the range is in a tropical zone and not likely being as it is only about 60 km. west of me you guy,s are going to have a tuff time seeing the targets at 100yds. being as we have a blizzard going on now. I have cabin fever so bad I almost went to Totem and started on new flooring  in the bathroom. Think I will clean the muzzle loader instead. Cabin fever is a strange thing and when you get to this stage of it ( I hate both of theese jobs equally) you are very near the breaking point!!!!!

Thanks Murray. It was another very well run match. Rick, Paul, Nolette and Susan did a perfect job. And I am still amazed at the support shown by companies within the shooting industry. There was so much stuff they actually were able to give some out to the shooters as they registered. It is nice to go to a shoot and have a chance to cover the gas expense as well. And just wanted to let everyone who was there know that the burnt coffee in the bottom of my wife's coffee pot did come out so I can take it and a frying pan the next time I camp at a match alone. I think she decided that if that was the worst I can do she will let me have a frying pan next year!!

Congrats Tony.  Look forward to seeing you guys in 3 weeks................ not sure if the feeling is mutual???????

 :o :o :o

You should be safe there aren't many wasps around but the horse flys are bad. One nailed me as a match was starting and I reached around and swatted at him with my hand. He landed on the bench wounded and started to charge me. The hat cam off and I managed to drop in the last foot or so. Then I had to scramble to get my earmuffs back on before Dan started to rattle 5 quick ones down range!!!!!

Thanks Rick. I got lucky for sure. Some real tricky conditions Sunday afternoon ahd me stumped and thought I had blown it! Rosebud can be a tuff range at the best of times and it is quite amazing that the canadian record for Unlimited 200 yd. Agg was beaten by the top 3 shooters. That is a pretty good indication that competition is getting pretty stiff. That record has been held by Al Mirdoch since 1986.
Tacoma was certainly a big help to me. I shot my rail more in 2 days tahn I had in 2 years! Add to that fact that I had folks like yourself, Mustafa and Steve to show me where to improve the performance of my rail. There is a lot to be learned when you are in the midst of a group of shooters like you guy's!
I would like to compliment Rick and Paul for running a very well organized match. It was a great weekend and everyone had a lot of fun.

We use a wiper motor at Rosebud, but if you were going to buid a backer system get Ratigans book and build the backer a lot of ranges are using now. He has a complete section on the system and that is the way Rosebud is thinking of going.Simple to build and easy to set up! You would need to run power to the 100 and 200 yd berms, or haul a generator around.

O.K. everyone -- I am ordering the steaks on Friday, if you haven't sent me your request by then, or talked to me at the match this weekend, you will be eating beans and baked potatoes.
