Benchrest gunsmith canada?

Who does good glue and screw bedding jobs in Canada? Looking to do a 30br borden brm in a mcmillan edge hv with pillars and no recoil lug.

Any forseable problems with that?

Used a recoil lug on my Bordon Rimrock in .30 BR
But then maybe I am not overly adventurous.
