Don't have .30 br brass but just received a blue box of 6.5 Grendel brass that I will be necking up to .30 for a wildcat called .30 Major.
It has a 6ppc case head, its 1.515" long and it looks like a 6ppc that's .070" longer base to shoulder.
It does everything the .30 br does and I don't have to open the bolt face, buy a new bolt or rebate rims. Just neck up, turn the necks and shoot.
It uses an off the shelf Redding 6.5 Grendel Type S die with the hole under the bushing opened a little and a Wilson .30 cal blank is chambered with my reamer.
My HV has sentimental value and I would rather do it this way.
