Questions about rests
« on: March 30, 2010, 11:03:20 AM »
I have read a bit about the Caldwell The rock BR, is it worth it? If not, what would be better, but not TOO expensive. I dont wanna be cheap, but would like to get away as cheap as possible. Thanks.

You need something with some weight to it, to keep it steady while you are out there chasing a condition. Not sure any of the Caldwells are that heavy? You could always hang some sandbags over the the legs to keep it from moving around.

Me thinks he only has one left. I talked to him about an hour ago. $500.00 plus shipping. The rest is in the equipment for sale column.
