Rem 40 XBR

I don't know this rifle intimately, it is part of an estate I am helping with. Appears low mileage to me, don't see fire cracking ahead of chamber.

Remington 40XBR in 6x47. Wears a Lyman 20x scope, fine crosshair, no dot. Also included is about 250 brass, approx. 1000 Sierra 70g HP BT Match bullets, and Forester reloading dies.

Few years back, wondering if this 40X is still on the market?  Guessing not but thought I might as well ask.
