Elmira Rod & Gun Club hosted ORSA's Vic Swindlehurst Memorial shoot this past weekend.
We had 15 shooters in attendance. It was great to have some seasoned veterans in attendance that we haven't seen for awhile.
It was the Robbie MacLennan show on Saturday morning, shooting in the one's for most of the morning matches, but George Carter gave him a go in the afternoon with a string of ones himself!
Stan "the man" Walter was just quietly punching holes and flying under the radar, until it all washed out in the end with Stan on top with the "Panda" in one hand, and the trophy in the other !!
Congratulations to Stan for the two gun win !!
Have to thank Elmira Rod & Gun, and all of the membership, for allowing ORSA to compete at their facility. I have heard from many benchrest shooters that you won't find a better facility in Ontario to shoot Benchrest.
Also a BIG thank you to the volunteers, whose help and support, make it possible for us to compete!!
