Ever so close!

WBC 9 netted a 4th place in Austria in 2007. A great effort by the Canadians. I think that is the highest placing by a CDN team, others will correct me if I am mistaken.

Some of the results for the Worlds can be found here: http://www.world-benchrest.com/index.php they don't seem to have all the results for all the events though.

'07 was very close. Not to put any pressure on the teams going to France buuuuuuuut, I think this would be a good year to start.

Looking at the experience of the teams as a whole, as well as the individuals themselves, we will be as competitive as any country. I guess it comes down to,"is today going to be your day" or making it your day, like any other match. Sounds easy on paper doesn't.

It actually needs to be 4 team members "4 days" to win. There is a little room to open maybe one group, but not by a lot.
