This is most definately something that needs to be shared.  Next to this forum some great publicity on the sport.

Just click play on the podcast.  Put your cursor to the right edge of the bar, click and drag the cursor left till you hit the 40:40 mark.  You do not have to listen to the rest of the podcast then.
