Man, what a trip. Almost like a whirlwind romance. LOL. Hugh and Robert gathered myself and my gear around 23:15. Drove all night and rolled in about 16:30 CT zone. Basically 29 hours for Hugh and just over 33 hours for Robert. Myself 17 hours.

WHAT A RIDE.....

Time for much needed sleep. Tomorrow is let lead fly day....

Still travelling and without an Internet connection. I can report that Tony Boyer gave another beat down. So far this year that makes 3 big shoots he has won. SS and hogroast and now the East west! Amazing to watch him in action. Congratulations to him on a great win.

It was hot! About 35c and humid. We were up to about 5 bottles of water each day to stay hydrated.
